This painting I am working on is doing weird things to me. Sometimes I curse the canvas and sometimes I am overjoyed with a sense of clarity and direction that becomes overwhelmingly apparent. I am always chasing that state. What is my ritual? That is what I need to figure out. How can I efficiently jump into this state of productivity, and remain there without distraction once this is achieved? Night after night I look for the answer to that question, and once I have this figured out believe me you will be the first to know. Regardless of all this nonsense, I am making real progress and will show this via photographs real soon.
